The episode begins with Rishi and Lakshmi falling from a car and their car falling in a valley from a cliff. Malishka, who was hiding behind Rishi and Lakshmi’s car, tells Kiran that they will die a painful death and that Rishi will marry her in the next birth. She recalls giving money to a biker to challenge Rishi and take him to the cliff.
Malishka tells Rishi and Lakshmi that everything is fair in love and war, and here it is both. She drives a lorry near the cliff and finds the brakes failing, but the lorry stops just as it is about to fall. Rishi asks Lakshmi not to worry and promises to not let anything happen to her. Lakshmi asks him to save himself, but she cannot hold the stone for long.
Malishka thinks she can’t die and calls Sonal. She hears Lakshmi shouting for help and her phone falls out from the lorry. She thinks Rishi is dead and Lakshmi is alive, but she thinks positive and thinks Rishi and Lakshmi are alive.
Rishi asks Lakshmi not to shout and says there is nobody here. He tells her to hold the branch and they are safe. Malishka thinks she has to try to come out, but the lorry is about to fall.
Dadi thinks Rishi and Lakshmi are married and they have to bring them back. Virender, part of his plan, tells Dadi to call the Doctor first, and Dadi asks him to bring them back home as soon as possible.
Virender wakes up to find Neelam, who is suffering from chest pain and breathing issues. He calls a doctor, but he believes everything will be fine. Rishi and Lakshmi climb a tree branch to find a way out.
Virender struggles to hold onto the branch, and Neelam informs Karishma about his chest pain. A doctor checks Virender, who has a mild heart. Lakshmi promises to save him, and Malishka sees Lakshmi coming up.
