Kanta asks Anupama to promise her that she will share her pains with her and not break up. Leela calls Anupama and informs her about Vanraj’s condition. Anupama comforts her and asks how it happened. Samar informs that Kavya left Vanraj and he collapsed.
Leela cries that her son has an ill fate and that happiness never stays with him. Kinjal warns her not to talk about it now. The doctor comes out of the ICU and informs that Vanraj got a heart attack. Leela and Hasmukh meet Vanraj and continue to cry. Vanraj asks her to relax as he is back and asks about Anupama.
Pakhi cries hugging Anupama and asks if Vanraj will be fine. Anupama says Vanraj can give heart attack to a heart attack and will be fine soon. Pakhi apologizes for giving her false house of Anuj’s return. Vanraj asks Leela if Anupama came for him and Leela says yes. Hasmukh thinks they should inform Kavya about Vanraj’s condition.
Vanraj accepts that he did wrong with Kavya and asks Leela to send Anupama in. Anupama thanks Pakhi for trying to reunite her and Anuj and describes how one gets tired after expecting love from someone just like Kavya. She asks her not to blame Kavya for Vanraj’s condition and continues to comfort Pakhi.

when Anuj doesn’t return, Anupama decides to move on in her life, forgetting the past. Kavya also takes the decision of moving out of the Shah House because Vanraj doesn’t value her.
Shockingly, Vanraj fails to bear this trauma and falls unconscious, suffering from a severe panic attack. Now, Baa calls Anupama and begs her to return for Vanraj.
